Minecraft is largely focused on exploration, while Elytra challenges this paradigm by allowing players to quickly explore the ground without the need for infrastructure or limits.
As a result, the landscape's relevance is diminished, the expanse of the globe is diminished, and there is less need for interaction among players in their base-building operations. Furthermore, Elytra completely overshadows other modes of transit, leaving beautifully planned train networks, complicated underworld hubs, and enormous ice roads useless. Even the work used in breeding excellent horses becomes insignificant. So what is our solution? We hope to raise Elytra to a comparable level of expenditure, making it a more lucrative upgrade and allowing users to repurpose existing projects.

However, Elytra, in its current state, undermines this core premise by allowing players to traverse vast distances at high speeds without the need for infrastructure or limitations. This diminishes the value of the terrain and creates a sense of a smaller world, while also reducing player interaction as distance no longer poses a significant obstacle to base-building endeavors. Additionally, Elytra makes other transport infrastructure obsolete, regardless of the time and effort invested in its creation.
Our solution is to require a comparable level of investment for Elytra, ensuring they serve as a more rewarding upgrade while allowing players to repurpose existing builds. Whether it's building extensive railroad networks, constructing nether hubs, or breeding prized horses, these efforts should not be overshadowed by the dominance of Elytra.

- Cloudskipper: Glide effortlessly for extended durations and at higher speeds above the cloud layer, experiencing reduced horizontal drag based on altitude. This enchantment offers a unique treasure enchantment option and is incompatible with Smokestack.
