When building a mountain in Minecraft, there are three approaches to consider, and when all three are combined, you'll have fantastic terrain!

In Minecraft, how do you flatten land?

Without mods, you will have to manually flatten land in survival mode. This may appear to be a lot of labor, but it may be greatly accelerated by using higher-grade tools (such as diamond or netherite shovels and pickaxes), enchanted tools (efficiency and unbreaking), and beacons.

Using better tools is clear, however many gamers overlook the use of beacons! When combined with Efficiency tool enchants and Haste II on a beacon, you can destroy most blocks almost rapidly (including stone).

If manually flattening land becomes too laborious, modules such as the RFTools "Builder" machine can be used to remove blocks. Using modifications is a nice compromise between "cheating" by using commands to clean areas and manually clearing the entire region. It still takes some work to set up since you need to power the machine to clear the obstructions. As an extra bonus, the building machine in this mod can clear specified forms (such as spheres), which is really useful.

Finally, the most convenient approach to flatten land in Minecraft is to utilize commands (WorldEdit mod/plugin) or creative mode. When using commands, you may choose a cubic area to entirely wipe away fast, and in creative mode, you can instantly shatter any block without using any tools.

Terraforming Hills in Minecraft

To make an existing hill appear more beautiful in Minecraft, smooth out each layer of the hill one by one. The Minecraft world generates incredibly jagged and random slopes, but hills in real life are gentler owing to many years of natural sculpting from the environment.
